For all whole house or whole level remodeling projects, we work with your locality to apply for the necessary permits and check any local code considerations. Upon official approval, we perform site visits with multiple trades, then order and deliver materials. The actual work can then begin, progress, and finish much more smoothly than the industry average, with far fewer surprises or delays.

Throughout the entire process, we make a special effort to communicate each step, progress made, and any changes to our clients. Daily contractor inspections and client walkthroughs are to be expected as part of our dedication to transparency and clear communication.
