How much does it cost to finish a basement?
All of our basements are finished in compliance with International Residential Code and local laws. In all of our basement projects, we apply for permits and inspections.
​Only kiln dried lumber and moisture resistant drywall are used on our basement finishing projects, and all work is performed by licensed and insured professionals.

Basement Finishing Silver Tier
$50-$75 per sqft
Our Silver Tier Basement Package includes a basic full bathroom, minimal framing without adjusting any load bearing structures, mid-grade paint, standard trim, stock hollow core doors, and standard Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. All work and finishes to be done as defined by local code.
Minimal relocation of plumbing and/or electrical to be considered.
Basic Floor plans included.
Basement Finishing Gold Tier
$75-$100 per sqft
Our Gold Tier Basement Package includes a custom bathroom with tile and stone finishes, higher end Luxury Vinyl Plank or engineered flooring, high end washable paint throughout and more variety in trim and door selection. Dry or wet bar, exercise room, basic rec room to be considered for this tier. Direct vent or ventless fireplace can be included depending on logistics.
Floor plans and 3D renderings included.
Basement Finishing Platinum Tier
$100 per sqft and up
Our Platinum Tier Basement Package is for those who seek the ultimate luxury experience. Rec rooms, in-home theaters, home gyms, wet bars, game rooms, man caves, and everything in between can be considered for our Platinum clients. Just give us a list of everything you would like your basement to include, and let our design team handle the rest.
Full design consultation, 3D renderings, floor plans and elevations included.
