How much does it cost to remodel a kitchen?
All of our kitchens are designed with your habits and lifestyle in mind. Whether the placement of appliances, countertop material, or cabinet style and custom units are what you prioritize, we can help make your kitchen more efficient, and more functional.
All of our kitchen labor is performed by licensed professionals and compliant with International Residential Code. All cabinets provided are plywood construction, no MDF or particle board, even at our silver tier.
Please note that this guide serves as a shopping tool for potential clients, and each project and structure may present its own set of challenges or surprises. Rough price guide provided is based on a 12x12 or similar size kitchen.
Kitchen Remodeling Silver Tier
$30,000-$40,000
Our silver tier includes standard style (e.g. shaker), wood finish cabinetry (maple or birch), and standard hardware. Minor plumbing and electrical relocation is feasible, mid-grade quartz or engineered stone countertops, standard sink and fixture, fresh coat of washable paint, new Luxury Vinyl Plank or standard tile flooring.
Basic 3D renderings for cabinetry included.
New appliances and/or installation not included. No gas relocation at silver tier.
Kitchen Remodeling Gold Tier
$40,000-$60,000
Our gold tier includes painted or wood finish cabinetry in a wider variety of styles, and more hardware choices. Plumbing, electrical and gas relocation are feasible. Tile flooring in a variety of options may be installed, as well as a tile backsplash, and under cabinet lighting. A number of specialty cabinet units such as spice racks or trash pullout can be considered. Adjustment of existing non-load bearing walls is feasible.
Higher grade quartz or granite considered for gold tier projects.
3D design and color renderings are included at this tier.
New appliances and/or installation not included.
Kitchen Remodeling Platinum Tier
$60,000 and up
Our Platinum Tier kitchen Package is for clients who would live in their kitchen if they could. At this tier, we consider the space a blank canvas, where you decide each and every detail with your designer, view plans and samples, check and finalize 3D renderings, then watch the magic happen.
Higher end cabinetry and hardware, with plenty of custom units, and higher level quartz, granite, marble or quartzite counter tops come into play at this tier. This is where you get the unique sconces, bars, fridges, specialty sinks and faucets, and everything in between.
Removing a load bearing wall, or enlarging a window? Adding gas ranges with special ventilation needs? You have come to the right place.
